Gretna Farmer’s Market
Huey P. Long and Third Street
Gretna, La 70053

Saturday, November 13, 2010
8:30AM-12:30PM
It’s a big weekend at the Gretna Farmer’s Market!
We will have two new vendors this Saturday.
Latoya Sommersville will be bringing her gourmet popcorn. She has a variety of flavors and is always thinking up new flavors to try. Stop by her booth for a sample.
We also will be welcoming Briarhill Farms. Briarhill will be bringing free range chickens, quail, various jellies and relish. Be sure to check them out!
Please come by to welcome these new vendors and to support our regular rain or shine vendors!
Art Walk this Saturday…

It’s Art Walk Saturday again and it will be held under the market pavilion.
(Next month the Gretna Art Walk will be held on Huey P. Long Avenue.)
Come and enjoy the camaraderie of our fabulous food vendors and artists while enjoying the sounds of Major Bacon’s sizzling blues.
Pop Quiz…

Last week we told you about one of the Gretna Farmer’s Market original vendors.
Do you recall another of the market’s original vendors?
If you guessed Mr.
Henry, you’re right!
Mr. Henry Amato was
with the Gretna Farmer’s Market on
the very
first day 5 years ago
and has been with the
market ever since.
Be sure to check out the
fruit wines of Amato’s Winery and
Farm!
Do you know Mr. Henry has his own personal grape?
And don’t forget the Gretna Farmer’s Market Regulars…
